bucin4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method (bank account statement or screenshot). You must provide these documents within 7 days of our request. Failure to comply will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and account use is accurate, current, and complete. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
bucin4 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly during banking hours (08:00 - 20:00 WIB).

Disputes must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the event in question.
